Logan was very patient with indecisiveness and kept checking in as the Bolt I ordered was delayed. He's easy to work with and not pushy. He was also willing to come in on his day off to close the deal after I had been such a difficult customer! Lacey suggested a 9 year electronic warranty--all you need for an electric car. It was reasonably priced.

We feel blessed to have met Logan Fischer! We initially told salesman, Archie Macmurchy specific details of what features we wanted, and he sent videos of cars that met our criteria! He found just the one we wanted!! Thank-you, Archie! Archie had the day off when we went to Ron Tonkin's, so we met Logan. Both my husband & I have mobility issues and we were pleased not to have to spend time "walking the lot"--- Logan had the car pulled up front for us to check it out. There was no pressure to buy. (Impressive & appreciated). Logan presented information about the car in a professional, personalized and friendly manner! He knew what we wanted/needed and was very helpful in making it happen for us! And – the car only had 7,000 miles on it and was a 2022!! What incredible & fantastic customer service! 10/10 Experience at RTC! Archie was a shining light that guided me through this whole process, I was shopping for a new EV for two years and couldn't get my hand on the right one for the right price. No worries, Archie the EV Specialist at my local Chevrolet store had more answers then I had questions. He was able to locate a vehicle that worked perfectly for my needs, and even got me a discount so I could get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, even though it had one package I didn't need he wrote off the price so I got it for free! I could not be happier with my experience here, it took 2 months but Archie kept me updated waiting on my Bolt with funny videos and a few phone calls checking in on me. I was elated the day my phone buzzed with a video of Archie showing my car ready for delivery. He had done most of the work ahead of time, so when I went in with my financing secured and exact payment figured out before hand so I was straight into signing papers. He setup my phone app to unlock my car through my phone like a Tesla. Jaron in finance was super knowledge and efficient, and manager Andrew is always a joy to talk with. Thank you all!~

John Lilling my salesman was great Andrew the sales manager and Lacy at finance were a pleasure to work with. I was able to do about 95% of my deal online. The team over there at Ron Tonkin made the process easy and straightforward. I would have given the 5 stars if it weren’t they left the car on empty when I left the lot and when asked if they could fill it they told me that their dealership “doesn’t do that anymore” all in all I got a good deal for the truck and great fast service! I would buy a truck here again :)

NEVER WOULD I BUY HERE. Donald? The manager? I’m looking for a Camaro the one that was pulled up was a 4 cylinder I told the salesman I didn’t want to waste his time on that one. So I said I’ll check out the 1SS. Keep in mind I’ve never driven a Camaro in my life. I just came from testing out competitors challenger and mustang. A few moments later this sales representative was sent to relay a message to me that if I wanted to TEST DRIVE the Camaro on the show room floor I needed to make sure it’s the one I want and I would need a credit check!!! You just lost a sale. I should’ve known when he called me ‘Bud’ when I walked in. I’ve been buying brand new cars for 5 years newberg Dodge would drive them straight to me in Gresham. I have never been mistreated like this on a household name car lot.

I recently bought a used Honda Ridgeline from Ron Tonkin Chevrolet.Dont ever trade your car in. There should be laws against what they did to me. I traded in 2012 ram 2500 and they would only give me $9,500. I found my truck on offer up and after doing some digging found out it was sold at auction for $17,000. I feel so stupid for not walking away. I regret ever going to Ron Tonkin. Shame on them for ripping me off and ruining this experience for me. Every time I look at my new truck it's like a slap in the face.

Chris Kocalis was fantastic! Started talking through email and was able to answer all my questions there. Met him in person to test drive in Chevy Bolt EV. Discussed what trims, options and add-ons were available. After thinking about for a day, went back and purchased my first EV. Super happy with the whole experience. Lacey was the finance person and walked me through the whole process. Both were very patient with me. I highly recommend working with Chris to get your Chevy Bolt.

I traded in a vehicle at the end of December 2022 to buy a new car. The title was never removed from my name resulting in myself receiving a parking ticket for a car I have not had ownership for for six months because the dealership had not processed the transfer of title. I had a bad feeling during the sales process because of how uninformed Jaron Watkins was. I wish I had never went through with it. It has been an absolute waste of my time and hard earned money.
