Customer service was great but they didn’t fix my issue. When I picked my vehicle up, they mentioned I would need to bring it back in but never followed up with me. I still don’t know the issue. My vehicle also came in clean and was filthy when I got it back.

I will NEVER go here again! First service...They didn't even fill the wiper fluid. The next day I turned on the wiper fluid and a notification on the dash read something like "Low on wiper fluid". REALLY??????? And NO, I checked and there are no leaks. Had to wait an hour and a half to have my truck serviced. Went to the waiting area and had a question for the parts dept. We had very specific needs in a new pickup truck and Keith and Mike were very patient with us rejecting truck after truck because they didn’t work out for us. We appreciated the fact that they did not push us into something we didn’t want. Mike found a truck that fit our needs and had it for us in 4 days at the Portland location.
Brought my truck in for an oil change, everything was done in a timely manner. Caleb did a great job keeping me informed during the service and letting me know what the truck will need in the future.

They pulled the old bait and switch when I bought my vehicle. They never return calls. When I dropped it off for the we still owe service I was told there would be a loaner vehicle there was not. I got an e mail from someone saying they were a manager and would like to resolve the issues. I got a few other e mails from him asking if it’s a good time to call. I always said yes. It’s been a few days now and have not heard from anyone yet.

Bought my first car, reasonable and negotiable with price, very helpful and worked with me. The guy Ryan was legit, showed available options, was able to hear my concerns and make it worth it for me.
Took my C8 Corvette Stingray in for its first warranty oil change. These cars now come with a PDR (performance data recorder, basically a dash cam with engine monitoring capabilities) guess their service technician Tristen forgot about that.
He felt it would be cool to hot rod it around the back side of the dealership shop.

Archie did a great job, my purchase experience took less than two hours. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the finance manager was amazing as well!! I would use Archie again in a heartbeat even though they are almost two hours away.

I just bought a 2016 Mazda 3. Logan was really patient through the whole process since the car had battery issues at the beginning and we couldn't go for the test drive until it was fixed. I hadn't bought a car in 16 years so I wasn't fully prepared, but Logan helped me get the information on the computer for my insurance and limit on bank card. Christian was really fast and efficient to make up for time that was lost earlier.

Came in to look at a truck I was interested in. Logan was very helpful and knew his stuff. Also patient and not pushy, got me what monthly payment I felt comfortable with and helped me to get better insurance. I also did a vehicle inspection the day after my purchase with the truck having 76000 miles and wanted to have it checked and the shop said it was great. The check engine light on my car never fixed, I was told if the cracked exhaust manifold replace it will take care of the problem turned out the exhaust manifold was never cracked. I found out from a different shop that fixed my car. I paid a lot of money for nothing you lied. I hope you guys can be truthful to your customers not scamming them.

The timing chain in my Buick required repair -- a dirty, extensive job. Caleb at Ron Tonkin kept me informed and even offered a loaned vehicle. The service appointment was a breeze. Before it began everything was clearly explained to me and they had everything completed in just over an hour. I had been nervous about cost, I was asking for a lot to be checked out before a long trip, but it was reasonable with some of the services being complimentary.

Tonkin Chevorlet found factory parts for my C5 Corvette window and made the necessary repairs. Window works fine now.
The hassle to get an associate to help assist was unacceptable. They tried to calibrate my PCM Without even updating it first. Then wanted 200$ an hour to not give me the update due from back in 2006. Kyle is the worst customer service rep and I belive they had my car over a month just to update a PCM that was fully functional and just needed a new update installed via satilite.
Anton worked to find me what I was looking for in my price range took all of 15 minutes! I have the truck I wanted!
